Industrial equipment from China, fully serviced inside Russia
Linear guides and laser machines from audited factories. We are accountable not only for the shipment but for commissioning, warranty, spare parts and on-site engineers across Russia and the EAEU.
Two product lines today, more in the coming shipments
The catalogue is built so that new categories can be added without rebuilding the site. If what you need is not listed yet, describe the task and we will find the factory.
Shipping is half the job. The other half starts after delivery
Anyone can buy a machine in China today. The trouble starts six months later, when a sensor, a setting or an engineer on site is needed. We built the business around that half.
01
Direct factory contracts
We work with manufacturers directly, without a chain of trading intermediaries. You pay for the equipment, not for three margins stacked in the middle.
02
Inspection before shipment
Factory acceptance, a test cut on your material and a video report before the balance payment. A defect is far cheaper to stop in China than to unpack in your shop.
03
Commissioning at your site
An engineer comes and starts the machine instead of advising by email. Operator training is part of the supply.
04
Spare parts stocked in Russia
Consumables and critical assemblies are held in stock. Shipment within 48 hours, with no waiting for the next batch from China.
05
Logistics and customs handled
Road, rail and multimodal transport, export and import clearance, delivery to the workshop gate including unloading.
06
Everything in your language
Localised control software, documentation, instructions and technical support — no manuals run through a translation engine.
Popular items
What gets requested most
A selection of the models Russian manufacturers ask about most often.
Engineers, spare parts and warranty — inside Russia
A response within 24 hours, remote diagnostics the same day, an engineer on site within three working days and spare parts shipped from stock within 48 hours. A 12-month warranty, with support continuing after it expires.
From the factory gate in China to your workshop gate
We take on packing, insurance, export clearance in China, the import declaration in Russia, delivery and unloading. You receive the machine on site together with a complete document set.
A transparent sequence: at every step you know what is happening and what comes next.
1
Enquiry and requirement
Material, thickness, format, required output, site and budget. A short description is enough — we will clarify the rest.
2
Selection and quotation
You get 2–3 configurations with the reasoning behind the price difference and the running cost, not one "optimal" option.
3
Factory inspection and test cut
A test on your samples, a photo and video report from acceptance, a geometry protocol. Shipment only after your approval.
4
Contract, delivery, customs
Contract, insurance, transport, customs clearance and delivery to the shop. You receive the full document set.
5
Commissioning, training, service
An engineer starts the machine, trains the operators and hands over the maintenance schedule. Then warranty and support take over.
Quality control
What is actually checked before a machine leaves for you
Factory acceptance runs on measurable parameters, not on impressions. Below is the inspection tooling used at the supplier site.
Surface finish and roughness inspection
Checks guideway surface finish and roughness — confirms the quality of grinding.
High-precision laser interferometer
Checks and corrects lead-screw accuracy along the full travel.
High-precision laser measuring instrument
Controls bed straightness and twist, which govern the travel accuracy of the unit.
Lead-screw inspection bar
Corrects lead-screw straightness for stable, high-precision operation.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to what buyers, process engineers and chief engineers ask most often before the first deal.
How much does a laser machine from China cost?
The price depends on source power, table format, whether there is an automatic pallet changer and a protective cabin — within one "category" the spread can be threefold. We quote against the task rather than in the abstract: send the material, thickness and required output and within 24 hours you get 2–3 configurations with the landed cost at your site, delivery and duties included.
What is the lead time to Russia?
It consists of factory production plus logistics. Standard models ship faster; made-to-order equipment takes longer. Road transport to Moscow then takes roughly 18–25 days, rail 25–35 and multimodal 35–45. Exact dates are fixed in the contract once the model and route are chosen.
What does the warranty cover and what happens if the machine stops?
The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in the source, optics, mechanics and electronics. If the machine stops we begin with remote diagnostics the same day — many issues are resolved by a setting or a consumable. If repair is required, an engineer travels to the site within three working days and fast-moving parts ship from stock in Russia within 48 hours.
Who handles customs clearance?
We do. Supply is end to end: export clearance in China, transport, the import declaration and duties in Russia, delivery to the plant gate and unloading. You receive the equipment on site with a complete document set for your accounts.
Can the equipment be tested on our material before purchase?
Yes, that is a standard part of the process. You send samples or part drawings, the factory runs a test cut and provides a photo and video report with the process parameters. Shipment happens only after you approve the result.
