Frequently asked questions

Answers to what buyers, process engineers and chief engineers ask most often before the first deal.

How much does a laser machine from China cost?

The price depends on source power, table format, whether there is an automatic pallet changer and a protective cabin — within one "category" the spread can be threefold. We quote against the task rather than in the abstract: send the material, thickness and required output and within 24 hours you get 2–3 configurations with the landed cost at your site, delivery and duties included.

What is the lead time to Russia?

It consists of factory production plus logistics. Standard models ship faster; made-to-order equipment takes longer. Road transport to Moscow then takes roughly 18–25 days, rail 25–35 and multimodal 35–45. Exact dates are fixed in the contract once the model and route are chosen.

What does the warranty cover and what happens if the machine stops?

The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in the source, optics, mechanics and electronics. If the machine stops we begin with remote diagnostics the same day — many issues are resolved by a setting or a consumable. If repair is required, an engineer travels to the site within three working days and fast-moving parts ship from stock in Russia within 48 hours.

Who handles customs clearance?

We do. Supply is end to end: export clearance in China, transport, the import declaration and duties in Russia, delivery to the plant gate and unloading. You receive the equipment on site with a complete document set for your accounts.

Can the equipment be tested on our material before purchase?

Yes, that is a standard part of the process. You send samples or part drawings, the factory runs a test cut and provides a photo and video report with the process parameters. Shipment happens only after you approve the result.

Do you supply parts for equipment bought elsewhere?

Yes. We supply nozzles, lenses, protective glass, sensors and consumables to owners of equipment from other suppliers too. The machine model and a photo of the assembly are enough to identify the part.

Do you work with Kazakhstan and other EAEU countries?

Yes, supply and service are arranged across the EAEU. The route, clearance scheme and engineer visit terms are agreed for the specific site.

The equipment we need is not in the catalogue. What now?

Send a request describing the task. The catalogue shows what we ship regularly, not everything we have access to. We identify the factory, audit the production and quote the supply against your requirement.
