Laser machines: sheet, tube cutting and welding

Fiber machines from 300 W to 15 kW: sheet, tube, profile, coil, precision cutting and laser welding

  • Sources from 300 W to 15 kW, formats from 500×300 to 6000×2500 mm
  • Tubes Ø20–200 mm and profiles up to 6500 mm long
  • Accuracy down to ±0.01 mm on precision models
Laser machines: sheet, tube cutting and welding

Fiber laser machines cover almost the entire metal-cutting range: from advertising lettering and sub-millimetre precision parts to 25 mm steel on 15 kW sources. The catalogue includes single- and dual-table machines with automatic pallet changers, fully enclosed models with a protective cabin, tube and combined sheet-plus-tube machines, coil-fed cutting lines and high-precision machines on a granite base with linear drive. Laser welding equipment is selected separately for the weld, material and thickness.

The right machine is defined by the job rather than by source power: metal thickness and grade, sheet format, required throughput, and whether the cell runs one shift or around the clock. For serial production the automatic table changer is critical — it returns up to 30% of the machine time otherwise lost to loading.

All machines ship with Russian-language control software and documentation and with engineer support. We confirm the 380 V / 50 Hz supply and the chiller, compressor and extraction requirements before shipment, so commissioning holds no surprises on site.

Specifications are given for preliminary comparison. The final configuration is fixed in the technical annex to the contract.
