Key features

High-precision linear modules and linear guides give smooth, accurate motion.
Bed and fixed beam are welded as one unit, heat-treated at 600 °C, finish-machined on a 12 m gantry mill and furnace-cooled over 24 hours, then vibration-aged after annealing and rough machining — stress-relieved, rigid, accurate and stable for years.
X, Y, Z and W axes use French servo motors: high accuracy, high speed, high torque, medium inertia, stable and durable.
Manual clamping chuck with automatic centring once adjusted.
A dedicated Windows-based CypCut fibre laser CNC: powerful, with a good operator interface and simple operation.
CypCut Expert nesting software provides continuous, efficient cutting with a high nesting rate, saving material and raising throughput.
A Raytools fibre cutting head with capacitive height sensing: accurate, responsive, stable and reliable.
